Burgess Lab Neural Circuits and Behavior

Deepthi Nammi completed her Postgraduation and Ph.D. from GITAM University, Visakhapatnam, India. During her Ph.D., she explored computational drug discovery studies to find the drug targets and drugs for stomach cancer. Currently, Deepthi is working as a Postdoctoral fellow in the Burgess lab where her work focuses on data analysis of Zebrafish with the aim to identify and understand the monoallelic expression of genes related to neurological studies.
